Neighbors West-Northwest hosts an email list for discussion of issues and listing of events in all of inner Southwest and Northwest Portland. Everyone is welcome to join – a lively list requires many people reading and responding to the messages on it, however, we request that you do not use the list for advertising or promotion of business opportunities.
