Volunteers Wanted at OFB’s Blues Festival

This year Oregon Food Bank is celebrating the Waterfront Blues Festival’s 25th Anniversary! The festival will begin with a *BANG* on Independence Day, Wednesday, July 4th and end Sunday, July 8th and OFB is looking for volunteers. All volunteers to be at least 16 years old and able to stand on concrete for 3 to 4 hours.

Positions include collecting food and donations at the gates, staffing the merchandise booth, helping on the “Green Team”, and more! “Flex Shift” volunteers will be assigned day-of to the area that needs the most help.

If you are interested in volunteering, please sign-up using this online application. A list of all the shifts available will appear on the application.  Feel free sign-up with a friend or family member, but remember that EACH volunteer will need to fill-out their own application. In the notes section you can indicate who you’d like to be paired with at the event. Once we process your application, OFB will send you a confirmation email with details of the shifts for which you are registered. OFB will respond to these applications as they are submitted and do their best to meet everyone’s request.

Each volunteer will receive a Waterfront Blues Festival T-shirt, admission to the festival and the satisfaction of helping with Oregon Food Bank’s largest fundraiser. Thank you so much for your help with this event.
