Pearl Graffiti Busters volunteers have cleared the area’s five major Avenues of graffiti tags! On June 10, 60 youth and adult volunteers traversed Portland Streetcar thoroughfares on 10th and 11th Avenues from Jamison Square Park south to Burnside. On July 13, more than 78 volunteers swept through the heavily trafficked 12th, 13th, and 14th Avenues in collaboration with the City of Portland’s Graffiti Abatement Program contractors. Afterward, volunteers were treated to a complimentary lunch at Rogue Ales Public House and Noodles & Company.
